1. My name is Kimberly,

2.I was born in Vallejo, California on September 24 1968

3. Adopted at 3 months old.

4 My mom paced the floor with me every night of my first year of life. 

5. My father died when I was 10. This was the worst day of my life.

6. I have lived in Concord, CA my entire life

7. I met my husband in 1987( I was 18 he was 17) at Mount Hermon in california we worked there on summer staff. He is from Chapel Hill, NC. We dated from a far for four years.

8. Our wedding was on June 22, 1991, we will celebrate 17 years married this year. I was hoping for a warm evening since our wedding was out side but it was literally the coldest night of the summer.

9. We have 3 kids, a 14 yo boy, a 11 yo boy, and a 12 yo daughter.

10.  But it doesn't stop there we have 2 cats, 1 hamsters, a Leopard Gecko & 3 betta fish.

11. I have been knitting for 5 years.

12.  I am bipolar, so knitting is therapy for me

13. I have sleep apnea, I use a CPAP religously. part of the reason i have sleep apnea is i have a high BMI its like 54.3.

14. I am currently working on losing 20 pounds so that i can have a gastric bypass this summer.

15. I have 2 very close friends Melissa & Faye. 

16. I read voraciously and my favorite stories are vampire stories.

17. That is pretty kewl for the girl who was afraid of the dark until 4 years ago

18. I have multiple piercings 8 we'll just let you chew on that.

19. I have a tattoo between my shoulder blades at the base of my neck it is a heart with devil horns that  has a bull whip wrapped around it.

20. I am going to have a gastric bypass at kaiser richmond

25. When I was pregnant with my daughter I broke my left ankle

26. I Got pregnant with my first son when I was on the pill

27. My daughter is the IUD baby

28. I had my tubes tied, in March of 1995

29. By August of 1995 i was pregnant for the third & final time

30. I got pregnant the third time with my tubes tied because I grew a new tube

31. In may of 1996 i had my tubes removed

32. IN 1999 & 2000 I had continual abdominal pain

33. On February 27, 2000 I had a Total Abdominal Hysterectomy which means i only have a cervix left.

34. I had no choice the GYN found that I had adhesions & fibroids, the doctor who delivered my youngest surgically adhesed my ovaries to my pelvis when he took out my tubes.

35. One of the best days of my life was two days post TAH when i woke up & found the only pain i had was post sugical.

36. I got brave & did the paperwork to become a uniformed leader in my oldest sons Boy Scout troop on monday. (August 2005)

37. On August 16th 2005 I go to Kaiser Richmond to bariatric surgery orientation

38. I am a part of the Iron Horse district training team for outdoor leadership skills

39. One of my most enjoyable recent memories is of going to boy scout camp last summer

40. I love my job!

41. I work as a team secretary for a local hospice

42.  I love that in my job I make it easier for my nurses to take care of our patients

43. I really live that I can make my bosses life easier by doing things that make             me and her happy.

44. No job is without polotics of some kind but fortunately the politics at my job          are  not big

45. I am good at what I do, and I am personnally fairly drama free.

46. I can see me doing my job for the forseeable future

47. I love the colors black & red

48. I don't like chocolate very much

49. I Just found out that I have Multiple Sclerosis (12/07) I also just began taking Subcutaneous shots for it.

50.  I love knitting  with nice wool, I also love he feel of cashmerino.  yummm

It took me 2 years to finish this & now it is done Yay!
 

Ok there are good things in my life my kids & my super Hubby... a really sweet gecko girly named ZOEY!!



Ok even if Zoey did the most amazingly squelchy poop last night right in the middle of IK Spring 2005!
